The following Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Terms of Use statement (“Statement”) is an essential part of the BELOOP Project website and its content. The BELOOP’s website and its content and tools are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”.

The Website is hosted, managed and operated by DRAXIS RESEARCH VENTURES ASTIKI MI KERDOSKOPIKI ETAIRIA, as the Coordinator and Communication & Dissemination manager of the BELOOP Project (to be contacted at: info@beloop-project.eu).

This Statement is provided to the visitors and/or users of the Website (each a “User” and together “Users”).

The Website is produced, maintained and updated by the partners of the BELOOP Project, the partners together forming the “BELOOP Consortium”, and is maintained to provide Users with access to information about the Project activities and to disseminate Project results.

All material, including images, data, information, logos and videos, on the Website is owned by the BELOOP Consortium or individual partners of the Project, as agreed among said partners, and it is subject to copyright protection.

Opinions, views, information and other material on the Website reflects only the views of the author/authors, not the views of the body providing the grant for the Project, nor of the European Commission, and no such body can be held responsible for said views. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website (including any services provided under the Website or provided by third parties as linked from the Website), the Users declares that they have read, understood, and therefore agree to be bound by this Statement and the laws and regulations herein referred to. In case a User do not agree with this Statement and/or do not undertake all obligations of a User as stated herein, the User may not use the Website.

This Statement will be revised by the BELOOP Consortium from time to time and therefore BELOOP Consortium recommends Users to regularly check whether the Statement has been revised. Users will be notified by the BELOOP Consortium, via prominent notifications on the Website, of major changes that may negatively impact the Users’ obligations and/or rights to use the Website.
